Why this app?
I started Intermittent Fasting on Feb 2017. Since then i have been looking for an app to track my fasting periods. Most of the apps i found, uses a count down method. So i have to predetermine the number of hrs or days i am going to fast, and it count down for me. But often, i just decide to extend my fast, pushing longer if i can. Thus i wanted a count up app that counts how long i have been fasting instead of how long more i have to fast.
Fasting is about feasting after. Basically we are just tracking the number of hours between meals. So instead of having to set up complicated timers, i decided to just have a feasting tracker. The time between feasting will be the fasting period.

How to use the app?
This app only has 3 buttons. The Feast button in green is the one that should be used most often. Whenever you eat, just click this button. It will store the date time of your meal. Then the fasting timer will start. The next time you eat, click on the Feast button again.
Reset Fast button is used to stop the timer. This is in the event that the last tracked meal time is not the latest and you want to restart your fasting after the another meal. Click Feast after that to start the fasting counter.
Clear history button basically clear all the history.

Why is the app so simple?
This is my first app, so i am keeping it simple for now. I should be regularly updating it as i use the app personally.
